SIAL 2026: 30 years of SIAL Innovation
Created in 1964 in Paris, SIAL was originally a joint initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and several professional organizations to offer a global showcase for French and international agri-food products.
Today, SIAL Paris takes place in even-numbered years (alternating with the Anuga trade fair in Germany). It is the world’s largest food innovation trade fair in terms of exhibition space, attracting thousands of exhibitors and hundreds of thousands of trade visitors from nearly 200 countries.
This large-scale trade fair welcomes nearly 8,000 exhibitors and 295,000 professionals expected over 280,000 m².
This year, to mark the 30th anniversary of SIAL Innovation, the trade show also highlights the latest trends and products that will shape the future of food. The SIAL Innovation Awards will present highly coveted prizes to the most innovative products, dictating tomorrow’s food trends.
