  • How to get to the hotel from CDG / ORY / Beauvais airports?

    • From CDG Airport: Take bus 351 toward Nation and get off at the Gallieni stop.
    • From ORY Airport: Take bus Ⓜ14, then change at Saint-Lazare for bus Ⓜ3 toward Gallieni. Get off at the last stop.
    • From Beauvais Airport (BVA): Take the Aérobus Paris-Beauvais shuttle to Paris La Villette, then tram Ⓣ3b toward Porte de Vincennes to Porte de Bagnolet, then bus 102 toward Gare de Rosny – Bois-Perrier, stop at Centre de Santé.

  • What are the breakfast hours and how much does it cost?

  • Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is an American buffet.

    Prices :

    • €13.50 per adult
    • €7.50 per child under 10
    • Free for children under 5
    • A takeaway option is also available: pastries, hot drink, fruit juice, fruit, and yogurt for €5.50.

  • What are the reception opening hours?

  • The reception is open 24/7.
  • What time does check-in start?

  • Check-in starts at 2 p.m.

    Early check-in is possible subject to availability and costs €20 before 11 a.m.

  • Can I store my luggage at the hotel? Is there a charge?

  • Luggage storage is possible at any time and is completely free.
  • What transport options are available nearby?

  • The hotel is located a 1-minute walk from Gallieni station Ⓜ3.

    In the immediate vicinity you will also find:

    • Bus 351 to CDG airport,
    • Bus 76 to the center of Paris (Châtelet),
    • Tram Ⓣ3b, which runs along the ring road from Porte de Vincennes to Porte Dauphine.

  • Is the hotel close to shops?

  • Yes, the Bel-Est shopping center, its restaurants and its Auchan hypermarket, is less than a minute’s walk away.

    Additionally, Sadi Carnot Street, full of shops and restaurants, is about a 3-minute walk away.

  • What time is check-out?

  • Check-out is possible until 12 p.m.

    Late checkout until 3 p.m. is available, subject to availability, for €20. After 3 p.m., a new night’s stay must be booked.

  • Is there a deposit and when is it released?

  • The hotel will block a €90 deposit upon arrival by credit card only.

    The latter is released on the day of departure after verification of the rooms. The time it takes for the funds to reappear depends on the validation of your bank (time varies depending on the bank from 1 day to 1 month).

  • Is it possible to upgrade a room at the hotel?

  • Yes, if you have booked a room for which a higher category is available, it is possible to request an upgrade at reception (subject to availability).

    Rate: €5 per night per category (for example:
    €5 to upgrade from a standard room to a privilege room,
    €10 to upgrade from a standard room to an executive room, etc.)
